BIGGER and BETTER!! WOW!!

OMG!! To all those haters and critics I see what Michael Bay was talking about. This movie was pure off the chain entertainment!! I was not disappointed at all with the new Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, matter fact I am still on a cloud "20" from all the action and excitement!! (just imagine chill bumps slowly forming) Bay most definitely is truly showcasing his skills as a director, regardless to what all those haters have to say! They can kick rocks...lol!!

First let me start out by saying that I like how the beginning starts it gives a nice little background prelude to get the ball rolling. It depicts primitive human beings in the year 17,000 BC hunting a tiger, only to be interrupted by the appearance of "the Fallen" which begins to attack them. And if you peep close enough you will see more Transformers constructing a gigantic device before the scene fades to black. There is a constant flow of events with this movie and the fact that the characters are consistent from the previous one just makes it all the better (with a few new additions)!! All of those characteristics help for the viewer to also have a better understanding of the Transformers.

Keep in mind this is a continuation so it very important to pay close to small details throughout because you could very well miss something!! The connection between the Autobots and the humans is somewhat tested in this film to the point where Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf)must become somewhat of an ambassador to maintain the alliance, even when he doesn't want to. But its even more interesting to see how they are able to tie in Sam going off to college shows his true fate of what he must do, in a sense its like a wake-up call....."What if we leave and you are wrong?" (Optimus Prime to the military) The humans plus the Autobots must set their priorities so that neither destroys the other. There is a sense of pride that is given off that must be kept to a minimum in order to save the lives of the world. And if they don't "the fallen" shall rise again (hence the title).

Man oh man...I still can't believe how AWESOME it was, and to think this might be Bay's last Transformer film. I'm not even going to spoil it for you, you just gotta go and see it!!

Now granted I know you think I will say that this film is perfect, but every movie has its flaws, however the positive did outweigh the negative. One slight problem that I had was that the Devastator/Constructicons really did not have an introduction, moreless they just kind of appeared. But this does not take away from the fact that you can kind of assume their role. The fight scenes in this are crazy ridiculous and brilliant all at the same time!! (At moments you try to figue out who is who, however... Much intensity is shown!!) With this film there is no doubt that it raises the bar yet again for CGI, for me it felt somewhat lifelike (especially if you go to see it in the IMAX). Another thing that I liked about TROTF, was that it was still able to retain the humor from the first one without it going overboard. With the addition of some funny autobots it just adds to the laughter. And lest I not forget the sound simply put, incredible. One might say its much better than the first film. Basically the movie will speak for itself!! And the writers (Orci, Kurtzman, and Kruger) definitely elevated the bar of what it takes to create a outstanding film.

After watching this film I realized you get exactly what you should expect. Bay gave it to me and some!!! With movies like this "they let you enter into a state of imagination where the impossible becomes possible and the stressful becomes enjoyable." It was more than just the action, this was a movie of epic proportions. This was definitely an upgrade, I mean there were so many stunts I was blown out of my seat. It almost seems that over time the Transformers got quicker, because the movements were so fluid....wow!!!

In the end with the proclamation from Optimus, the Transformers and humans really do share an untold history and will need to combine their differences for the greater good. Now the one question remains should locked in my mind should Megatron OR Optimus Prime have been resurrected....hmmmm you be the judge on that one.

This movie was absolutely incredible! For anyone who has not seen it, I will not ruin it for you. All I can say is that there is a lot of big alien robot action with plenty of theme twists!

Go see this movie now!
