He's Just Not That In To You!

Well well well, what can I say about this movie. It was definitely a good solid flick with very accurate information. I must say I was a bit amped to see this film, being that I had read the book and was interested to see how it would develop. Now to my surprise there were alot of men there in attendance. And from what I could hear from them it was pretty on point as to what the film was portraying.

He's just not that into you basically gives us insight to several different stories of finding love. This film based on the best-selling novel with the same name open your eyes to love, relationships, romance and so much more. Set in the good ol city of Baltimore we are greeted with the first vignette of a young woman Gigi who just can't read the signs of the men she goes on dates with, but yet seeks dating advice from the "dream guy". Next, there's the story of Janine (Jennifer Connelly) who is having difficulty in her maririage and is realizing that it is slowly slipping away from her. Then we have the confused, aspiring singer Anna who ends up cheating with janine's husband Ben (Bradley Cooper) and is still dating a real-estate business agent Conor who is more interested in her than she is in him. And of course we have to have the story of the boyfriend (Ben Affleck) who refuses to marry his girlfriend (Jennifer Anniston) thus leading to the drama.
With each story viewers are able to see maybe they fit in as it pertains to current and possible past relationships. I appreciated the fact that it was so real to life, you could actually sit there and say "I know someone like that", or "Hmmm maybe that's me".

This is one of those films that asks and answers the many questions from both men and women. One may think this is a typical "chick flick" but by all means it definitely is not that. The face that there were separate stories it was still amazing how they still were intricately tied together. And what makes this even better is that the acting is actually good, unlike the corniness that I had anticipated.

Any and everyone both male and female can relate to this film!
