UPDATE: Black Women Film Festival 2011

Just wanted to send a reminder to all my ATL folks as well as those who will be in town for the 2011 Black Women Film Festival!! This is sure to be a treat!! And Black Savant Cinema will defnitely be in the building with live coverage!!



The festival will be from June 17th through June 19th in Atlanta, GA.

Black Women Film Network is "Celebrating 15 Years"


Friday, June 17 (Day 1) -
*"Films to Inspire and Uplift by and About Black Women\"
Reception: 6 p.m.; Woodruff Arts Center, Rich Auditorium
Films begins: 6:30 p.m.

Films include 2011 Sundance selectee \"Crime After Crime ABFF 2011 selectee \"Shanghai Hotel\" trailer and \"Stars Fell on Alabama,\" the newest documentary from Andrew Young Presents.
