Warner Bros. has scheduled "Sherlock Holmes 2" for a mid-December 2011 release and is also getting closer to giving the go-ahead for a movie about beloved DC Comics superhero "Flash."
In addition, WB chairman and CEO Barry Meyer has also released a list of more Warner films set to be released in 2011:
Red Riding Hood: April 22
The Hangover 2: May 26
Green Lantern (3D): June 17
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II (3D): July 15
Journey to the Center of the Earth 2 (3D): Sept. 23
Journey to the Center of the Earth 2 (3D): Sept. 23
Happy Feet 2 (3D): Nov. 18
New Year's Eve: Dec. 9
It's already been said that 2011 seems to be the BIG year for films ALL-YEAR round, and this just solidifies that statement.
